I learned the different types of organizing services the people needed and would pay for. The various personalities of clients I’d meet and how to work best with each one. I learned how to work with the media or press to get coverage of my business.
Plus I learned what I call “Insider Secrets” like what hourly rates I could charge and not under price my services. I learned what to say to a prospective client, once I had them on the phone, so they would commit to an appointment with me.
